# How do I respond to reviews on my profile?

Claimed agencies can respond to reviews from the Reviews section of their dashboard. Responses appear publicly under the review.

Two things worth knowing. First, responding is one of the cheapest trust signals available: buyers read how an agency handles criticism at least as closely as the criticism itself. Second, you cannot pay to remove or alter a review, and neither can anyone else; if a review violates our guidelines (spam, impersonation, conflict of interest), flag it and we will investigate, but genuine negative feedback stays.
