MediProcess is a development agency for private medical facilities in Poland. We work with owners and managers of clinics, medical centres, dental practices, aesthetic medicine clinics and one-day hospitals. How we work: Triage - a free phone call where we get to know your facility and point out the first areas to improve. Diagnosis - a full day at your facility, focused on one area, with you and your team. MediPlan - a prioritised plan with a 12-month roadmap, ready 7 days after the Diagnosis. Implementation - we deliver the plan with your team on a monthly subscription, from PLN 3,000 net per month. Our proprietary SOCRATES™ methodology was created by doctors and consultants. We regularly review it with physicians from various specialties and with facility managers. It covers eight areas: Strategy, Operations, Communication, Research, AI, Team, Experience and Sales.
