Questions about how the site works? The Help Center answers the common ones directly: claiming a profile, verification, the lead list, how rankings are computed. If yours is not there, email us and we will add it.

Agencies: to fix something on your listing, claim your profile and edit it directly from the dashboard, or reply to any email we have sent you. Removal and data-correction requests go to the same inbox and are handled by a person.

Something looks wrong? A review that breaks the rules, a suspected fake profile, or anything that resembles paid placement (which we never sell): tell us at hello@pickanagency.com and we will investigate.
