Review content: When you submit a review, we collect your name, email, company details, ratings, and review text. Proof-of-collaboration documents are stored securely and only accessible to our moderation team.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) through Google Analytics to improve the Service.

Agency submissions: When agencies submit or claim profiles, we collect business information including company name, website, services, and contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display reviews and agency profiles on the platform
• Verify review authenticity through proof-of-collaboration documents
• Match businesses with relevant agencies (Get Matched feature)
• Send service-related communications (account updates, moderation decisions)
• Send newsletters (only if you opt in)
• Improve and optimize the platform experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, analytics), law enforcement when legally required, or in connection with a business transfer.

Review author names and company names are displayed publicly. Email addresses are never displayed publicly.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Proof-of-collaboration documents are stored in private storage buckets accessible only to authorized administrators.
