Worst Customer service, mannerless and worst marketing company with frauds working in the company

I got a call from a rep who said his name was Steven, but it was clear he was calling from a call center in India. I could hear background noise with people speaking Indian languages. When I asked if he was working from India, he lied. That gave me a bad first impression of the company—starting off with dishonesty is not a good sign for future business. On top of that, his manner of speaking was rude and naive. I asked how their services work to help our business grow, and he replied, “It’s not your job to ask, it’s my job to deliver you the business,” which left me stunned. If employees lie and lack basic manners when speaking to clients, I can’t imagine trusting them. Only a fool would join and pay them blindly. Avoid this company—there are frauds working there, and your bank account and business could be at risk.
