Claiming and managing your profile
Claim your profile first, then everything is editable from your dashboard at pickanagency.com/dashboard: description, services, locations, contact details, and the rest of your public information.
Changes go live on your public profile as soon as you save. Keeping services and locations accurate matters more than it looks: our matching tool scores agencies against buyer briefs using exactly those fields, so an out-of-date service list means missed matches, and for verified agencies missed matches mean missed leads.
If something on your listing is wrong and you cannot fix it from the dashboard, reply to any email we have sent you or write to hello@pickanagency.com and we will sort it out.
