Being on the lead list requires one thing: verification, which means a small snippet on your site linking to pickanagency.com. Matched agencies that are not verified receive an anonymized teaser of the same brief instead, with the option to verify and unlock it.
There is no catch to look for: we never charge agencies, and leads are not resold or auctioned. The exchange is simply your backlink for our briefs. Keep your services and locations accurate in your dashboard, because matching runs on those fields.
