For businesses using Pick
Rankings are computed, never sold. The default order uses a credibility-weighted review score: a rating only earns its full weight once a real volume of reviews sits behind it, so a perfect 5.0 built on two or three reviews does not outrank a strong score backed by hundreds.
That correction matters because most agencies in the market hold a rating at or near 5.0, which makes the raw star average nearly meaningless on its own. Verified agencies also rank ahead of unverified ones at comparable scores, because confirmed ownership is a quality signal we can actually check.
No agency can pay to move up, and no one at Pick an Agency hand-picks winners. The full counting rules are public on our methodology page.
