Verified agencies can connect their Google Business rating to their Pick an Agency profile from the dashboard, and we refresh it monthly so the number shown on your profile stays current.

This solves the staleness problem directories are famous for: a rating scraped once and left to rot. For verified partners the rating on your profile tracks the one your clients actually see on Google.

The sync is part of the verified tier because keeping data fresh for tens of thousands of unclaimed profiles is not something we can promise, but for agencies that have confirmed ownership, we can and do.
